We've been VERY busy lately, with
lots of new articles out with
GayWired Media. Our column is
called "The Naked Truth"
which means some of these articles
are rather sexual in nature. If

Equality is so Important" is

Since the California Supreme Court
overturned the ban on same-sex marriage,
there has been a firestorm of controversy
over the decision. From the Religious
Right's stance that "Marriage
is between a man and a woman"
to ten other states asking California
to reverse their decision and wait
until "The people can have
their vote on this in November,"
it seems everyone has a point of
view, and, once again, gay women
and men are caught in
the middle of a religious-themed
political agenda. What's funny about
the "Marriage has always been
between a man and a woman"
statement is that during Medieval
Europe, clergy regularly performed
same-sex union ceremonies, which
were almost identical to heterosexual
weddings. The only difference was
that the same-sex unions were considered
for love, and most of the heterosexual
unions were for the joining of two
high-powered families....

Lesbians To Act Straight?"

Kathy and I run a support group
for women who are coming to terms
with their individual sexual orientation.
The question came up if it is easier
just to act straight than to tolerate
homophobia. Since many women were
interested in our take on this,
we thought we'd share our response.

question and basically what Kathy
and I have seen lesbian women do

A while back, a guy tried to join
one of our Regional Networking groups.
He was a Sub (Submissive), and wanted
a lesbian Domme (Dominant). He didn't
want any kind of sexual activity.
He just wanted a lesbian to rule
him with a leather fist. He promised
he would do whatever I wanted him
to do, so I asked him if he would
mow our yard, which has an 85-degree
slope that's over 8 feet tall, I
asked him to clean our litter boxes—all
four of them. He replied "I
will do anything you ask me to do,
Mistress Tracey, ANYTHING!"
I really had to think on this, because
I hate doing our yard and the cat
boxes can be quite an assault to
the senses. But then I could just
imagine what our straight neighbors
would think with this strange guy
mowing our yard while Kathy and
I run around in leather with riding
crops whacking him on the butt.
He lived on the other side of the
state, so even if I'd agreed, it
wasn't an option...

the Lesbian Soulmate Fantasy"

Kathy and I have a friend—we’ll
call her Carrie—who was having
trouble with her relationship. She
and her partner had been together
for almost seven years and raising
two children together. The stress
of juggling their full-time jobs
and raising the kids had taken a
toll on their intimacy and it seemed
the dreaded “Seven Year Itch”
was starting to rear its ugly head.
On top of this problematic situation,
a new woman had come into Carrie’s
life, and she was totally infatuated
with her. Carrie told us that this
woman she worked with was “really
hot,” and that the two of them
fit each others’ personalities
perfectly, but beyond that, there
were other things Carrie was expressing
that worried Kathy and me. It was
becoming very obvious to us that
