Well,
things have calmed down a bit as far as
Internet stalkers and regular crazy makers
from the last few months, and we have
been busy, busy, BUSY, doing unique things
on our website. What's
new and exciting for you now? Well, let's
see.....
We've got a brand new Ecard Artist named
Zoe Ann, new Ecards from Jane, and a fantastic
new lesbian astrologer, Flash Silvermoon!
Our featured writer, Patricia Nell Warren,
has a brand new LGBT Sports book out titled
"The Lavender Locker Room: 3000 Years
of Great Athletes Whose Sexual Orientation
Was Different" which is available

In August we had 100,042 visits and 2,797,605
accesses--another record-breaking month!
Today, our website is number 1 out of 1,710,000
websites on Google when searching for Lesbian
Ecards; number 1 out of 4,440,000 when searching
for the words Lesbian Networking; and when
you search for the words Lesbian Coming
Out we are number 3 out of 21,700,000--NUMBER
3 OUT OF NEARLY 22 MILLION WEBSITES!!!!
Thinking we must be doing something right,
because our website, and what we are providing
for women worldwide, is really getting out
there!
OUR
LESBIAN NETWORKING GROUPS
Our 58 Lesbian
Networking Groups are thriving
with one in every US state, and several
more in English Speaking Countries. These
groups now have 2,034 members, both single
women and women couples, but we still need
moderators. Being
a moderator means you get to meet lots of
women from your local area, a perfect way
to make new friends or more. Our Moderators
are setting up lunch get-togethers, picnics,
and coffee meetings in their areas, so join
in the fun, make some new friends, and network
in your community.
We
have 29 groups that need good women to make
sure that they are a safe space with no
men joining or lurking: AK, AL, AR, CA,
Canada, CT , DC, DL, FL, HI, IN, LA, MA,
MS, MT, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OK, OZ, PA,
PR, SD, TN, USA, WA, WY. If
you are an honest, caring, woman who would
like to volunteer some time for your community,
please join your state's Lesbian
Networking Group and then
email the List Owner that you would like
to volunteer as moderator. The email address
for the List Owner is listed under Group
Email Addresses at the bottom of the Networking
Group's home page. Make sure to include
what Networking Group you'd like to moderate.
We also have a group that needs specialized
help. Our Lesbians-with-STDs-Support-Group
needs a more active moderator to help the
women who are wanting to learn about STDs
and safer sex techniques to protect their
partners. If you have an STD yourself and
know safer sex practices, or you are in
the medical profession and you'd like to
lend a supportive hand, we would certainly

just for them. As a member of the Lesbian
Networking Moderators group,

run your group smoothly and successfully.

now has 552 members from all over the world.

Zoe Ann composes and performs
her own music called Sacred
Animal Songs. She paints each
animal on her computer. So far
she has 130 animal paintings and
songs, and we are so lucky to

Galleries!

NEW
ECARDS BY JANE
A large body of Jane's work portrays
women. Some are alone, some wear
masks, and others are paired with
animals. Like many stone carvers,
Jane's first subjects were animals.
She then carved female figures
because she could look in the
mirror for anatomical help. Later
Jane combined the two subjects.
Her women had rabbits and birds
on their heads. They wore fish.
Owls emerged from their hair.
The animals became spiritual symbols
of the female form. Recently Jane
has gone full circle. A new sculpture
shows a hare looking at his watch.
It is entitled "I’m
Late, I’m Late." Now
her fanciful animals hold symbolic
objects.
