we wanted to let you know that because
of your support, we had a record breaking
month in February. We had a total of 39,986
visits from people who accessed our website
948,328 times! Thanks to all who sent
Ecards from our galleries on Valentine's
Day, and thanks to all who are spreading
the word about our website and our services.

We have broken a record for our Support
For Lesbians Coming Out online group,
and we now have 864 members! This group
has members from all over the world including
women from New Zealand, England, Australia,
Ireland, Iran, and the Philippines! We
are providing a service for women worldwide,
and one of our members recently wrote
this note of appreciation:
"A
funny thing happened that I would like
to share. My prospective girlfriend,
knowing that I have no sexual experience
with women sent me something she thought
would help. She found a great website
"Amazing Dreams Publishing,"
and downloaded an E-book for me on,
well, lesbian sex tips. Funny, but the
authors seemed a bit familiar. We had
a huge laugh over it when I told her
I was aware of the book, and that I
had joined the Support For Lesbians
Coming Out group. I also told her that
we already owed the authors of the book
and the SFLCO group quite a bit. Without
everyone's support, I don't know if
I would have had the nerve to even begin
to explore this new side of myself.
I suspect I would have been unsettled
and unhappy, and not even understood
why. I take this as a good sign, and
yet another reminder that is is indeed
a small world...

We've
been working nonstop on a new affiliate
program to sell our Ebooks, and a companion
software where the Ebook download addresses
are protected. We've also got big plans
for another new website in 2009, and all
of you can be involved. We believe that

will help everyone during this financial

This
month's question:
 Dear
Lezzies,
I'm three
years into a relationship and
my partner keeps dropping hints
about having a baby. She says
she thinks I'd make a great
mother, it would complete us
as a family, I'm not happy at
work and she earns enough to
support all of us - this would
be my chance to take time off.
At times I agree with her on
all these points, but something
is holding me back. I am worried
that if we have a baby we will
not be the same - either as
a couple or as individuals.
I also feel too old at 39 to
change my life so dramatically.
And I also flash back to my
childhood. I wasn't a happy
child and neither my straight
brother nor sister has had children.
Am I just not the maternal type,
or is it something deeper to
do with my past? My partner
seems to take it as a personal
insult that I don't want to
breed with her. But even after
thinking about it upside down
and sideways, I am left with
a feeling of "no, don't
do it." Why? I really enjoy
kids when I can hand them back
to their parents, so do I see
children as baggage? Am I happy
with a feeling of being "single"
even within my relationship?
What am I really afraid of...?
Or am I right not to bow to
pressure that parenting is for
all women. My partner says that
later in life I will regret
"missing out." What

"The Power of The P" is live online:
A few years ago, Kathy and I were having
dinner at a nice restaurant with a group
of friends, and the subject of another mutual
friend came up. "Debbo" was in
a bad relationship with a woman, whom we'll
call "KR," and everyone was concerned
about how crazy things had gotten in the
last few weeks.
Janice said "I just don't understand
how Debbo could fall for KR's BS! KR is
a liar and a cheat, and every lesbian within
a 100 mile radius knows this-"
"Not only that, she's seeing her ex
behind Debbo's back!" Audrey chimed
in.
"Lori and I saw Debbo drunk as a skunk
at the Dark Side last weekend!" Vickie
dropped that little bomb, and a hush came
over the table.
The Dark Side was the group's made-up name
for a gay bar the next town over. It was
shocking that Debbo was there drinking,
because she had been sober and in AA for
many years. As we discussed why Debbo would
throw away years of sobriety on someone
with a reputation like KR's, our loudmouthed
friend Annie cut in with her opinion of
the situation.
"Well it sure ain't no mystery that
the Power of The P has struck again!"
