November News

Last month was pretty rough. Along with someone using our email address to SPAM people worldwide, which resulted in over 2,000 bounce-back emails EACH AND EVERY DAY, Yahoo also deleted all 62 of our Lesbian/Bi Women Networking Groups AGAIN. After a week of emailing back and forth, they refused to reestablish our groups, even though our groups are number one in Google out of over 3.5 million websites with the words Lesbian Networking.

We have worked very hard on our groups in the last year and a half, and we were providing networking for over 4,000 women worldwide. We are not going to give up on our vision of having a Network for lesbian/BI women, but because of the huge amount of time it would take to set up all 62 groups, what we decided to do was to combine the USA groups into four regions. Each Regional Networking group now has at least two moderators to keep the groups flowing and growing.

We believe that the Regional Networking groups will be far more effective because of the following:

1. More members in each Regional Networking Group.
2. More moderators for protection of our members--at least 2 per each Regional Group.
3. More networking for states with fewer per capita lesbian/BI women.
4. Networking with women in neighboring states--great for women living in border towns.

The wonderful thing is that the members in these new groups are jumping in and really networking together. There are already over 300 members on board, and our moderators are really getting the groups moving. Maybe every stormy cloud really does have a silver lining! OCTOBER WEB STATS
In October we had 105,164 visits and 2,820,764 accesses, which is way up from last month and a nice start for the holiday season! Today, our website is number 1 and 2 out of 745,000 websites on Google when searching for Lesbian Ecards, and when you search for Lesbian Coming Out, we are number 2 out of 3,560,000 websites!

LAST MONTH WAS SO KOO KOO THAT WE MISSED OUR OWN DARN BIRTHDAY!!!
On October 15th, Amazing Dreams Publishing turned 5 years old! We were told that if our company made it to its 5th birthday, then it has great prospects for the future. All we can say is through thick and thin we've stuck to our dreams, and we're STILL Here!
