2008 Forecast
February arrives with the winds of change blowing hard
and strong. Mars finally has its pep back after being
released from its backwards path and Mercury has taken
its place for a 3 week retro phase until Feb. 19 causing
its share of confusion and undoing. Time will tell just
what Pluto in Capricorn brings with its dynamic force
but one thing is sure, major change is afoot. Even the
most reactionary politicians know that, they just don't
know what to do with it. In fact time and how we use it
will be a major issue as this period unfolds. We will
all be feeling the need to "get it together"
and be more focussed and priority oriented. Understanding
that an empty yes could become a no to something of more
meaning will be a big help.
With so many planets in Aquarius, change is not only inevitable
but it will also be unpredictable and quirky. The Annular
Solar Eclipse on Feb 6 in Aquarius is bound to throw a
wild card into the Presidential mix at the primaries and
could really shake things up for all.
Valentine's Day which I call the Feast of Aphrodite should
be a time of easy feelings and passion with a somewhat
subdued undertone with Venus still in Saturn-ruled Capricorn.
Good time for thinking about commitment but wait until
after Merc retro to make it official.
Be prepared as much as you can for deep awakenings and
a fast-forward into a new agenda and global view. Try
to stay in touch with your inner guidance as we will be
rockin' and rollin' to a new tune and vibration so the
old and familiar simply will not apply and work as expected.
This, as you can imagine, could be both a blessing and
a curse. Depending on how attached you are to your routine
and the status quo.
Feb 20
Full Moon in Virgo can bring some wild weather and some
needed attention to the environment, perhaps even pushing
it into more focus as a major issue in the coming election.
This will be one for the books..

I
am free, nothing can stop me now. Delayed gratification
has its place but not in my life. I must admit that my
car runs better and so do I but let's face it patience
is not one of my virtues but I have so many more. If you
want someone to pursue you and make you feel wanted, I
am the best.

I feeling grounded or earthbound? Hard to say as I have
been feeling alternately frenzied and brain dead.
This is just not like me as I am usually so much more "normal"
than all this but it is definitely not boring as I am sometimes
accused of being. |

I have more ideas per minute than I can ever possibly do
in 3 lifetimes and my libido...well let's just say, I AM
ON FIRE. Seems like I can't seem to finish anything either
not even a thought sometimes but that's OK because I have
too many of them anyway. Someone should follow me
around with a tape recorder to save all my fabulous ideas,
or just plain follow me. |

can feel those deep emotions stirring beneath my calm waters
and something tells me that I will need to dig deeper into
my resources to move past my blocks. This is no time to
be lazy and I want to really grow into the self that is
being reborn. I feel so much and its not always clear from
where so I am going slow. |

All this Aquarian stuff just annoys me and makes me
feel like everyone is just way to airy fairy for me. I want

Why am I so obsessed with time? Never seems to be enough
of it and it feels like I am constantly chasing my tail
when all I want is to do a good job and then rest. A little
meditation would surely do me good. I need to take myself

I don't know why I am feeling anxious about this next Eclipse
or Full Moon but I am. Seems like my world was finally getting
a sense of balance and now its going to get shaken like
a pair of dice and disrupted all over again think I will

My
world is changing and I am really good with that. Dark drives
through the gates of hell were really getting old and some
lighter venues could really work for me just for a little
variation. I'm actually feeling a freedom and weightlessness
that I almost forgot was mine. Whew! |

Gulp..Sag I guess it's my turn for some good old fashioned
intensity, walking over coals, etc., just to see what I

For Once, I don;t feel like such an alien. The overall vibe
is like my tribe and I can feel the world starting to really
wake up to a community spirit that I haven't felt since
'69. Pass the bong and lava light unless you are already
in a 12 Step Group for Radicals who demonstrate too much.
Since when don;t we like Free Radicals anyway, isn't that
the point? |

Pisces
I can feel the distant rumblings of a Tidal Wave of change
but I can't tell from which direction it will come. Better
get my Kozmic Surf Board out to ride this new wave of change
that everyone and their dog is talking about. Going with
the flow is my specialty so maybe this will be a smooth
ride. That's me, ever the rose-glassed optimist, but why
not see the best possible outcome for a blissfully happy
world |
