we have a strict policy on SPAM we use only forms for contact
on our website, and we will only contact you upon your request.
We respect your privacy; any information you supply will be
held in the strictest confidence. It will be stored on a secure
server, and it will NEVER be sold or released to a third party.
NOTE:
We
work very hard at answering all Emails in a timely manner. If
you do not receive a reply from us, please check your SPAM or
Junk Mail folder to see if any Emails we may have written you
are in there. To receive our newsletters
or a reply from us if you have a question, please be sure to
list your correct Email address. You
may also have to add our Email address to your SPAM block software
and enable your Email software to allow HTML Email with attachments
or embedded images for our newsletters.
MISSING
EBOOKS:
After paying for an Ebook, Paypal is supposed to automatically
take you to the download page on our website, but occasionally
this does not happen. We always receive notice
when you download your copy. If we do not receive notice that
you downloaded your copy, we will Email you within a few hours
of your purchase. If you purchased your Ebook on a weekend,
holiday, or late at night, it may take a bit more time for us
to Email you with the download address. Please check your SPAM
or Junk E-mail folder before contacting us.
NOTE: If
you do not receive an Email from us concerning your Ebook package
purchase, please check your SPAM or Junk Email folder. If there
are no Emails in your SPAM or Junk Email folder, your Email
program may be set up to automatically delete SPAM or Junk Email.
Please change your Email Program settings, and then contact
us using this form, and we will send you the links to your Ebook
Package.
If you do not download your Ebook after
several attempts of us directly Emailing you, we will contact
you through our Paypal account by refunding you a penny.
MISSING
ECARDS:
If you sent Ecards but your recipient did not receive them,
please have her check her Spam or Junk E-mail Folder before
contacting us. We
return all bounce-back Ecards with the wrong E-mail addresses,
but sometimes E-mail servers will not allow our bounce-back
messages to be sent to you, and our messages will also bounce-back
to us.
