MISSING EBOOKS: After paying for an Ebook, Paypal is supposed to automatically take you to the secure download page on our website, but occasionally this does not happen. Our automated system will also send you an Email to the address you have for Paypal. If you did not receive this Email, please check your SPAM or Junk E-mail folder before contacting us. If there are no Emails in your SPAM or Junk Email folder, your Email program may be set up to automatically delete SPAM or Junk Email Please change your Email Program settings, and then contact us using this form, and we will send you the links to your Ebook Package. If you do not download your Ebook after several attempts of us directly Emailing you, we will contact you through our Paypal account by refunding you a penny.

MISSING ECARDS: If you sent Ecards but your recipient did not receive them, please have her check her Spam or Junk Email Folder before contacting us. We return all bounce-back Ecards with the wrong Email addresses, but sometimes Email servers will not allow our bounce-back messages to be sent to you, and our messages will also bounce-back to us.
